If for some reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the information below on how to do it.
NOTE. We do not exchange or accept returns for personalized maps.

EXCHANGE

Maps are large-format products, and their deliveries worldwide cost quite a substantial amount of money. Therefore, we cannot offer free of charge exchange of our products.

1. Email us at hello@tripmapworld.com informing that you want to exchange your map. Please include your purchase number and indicate which map you want to exchange it for.

2. Pack your map carefully and securely for shipping. The best is to use the original box you got it in. Make sure to protect the corners of the map – do not leave any open gaps in the box.

3. Keep the pins you got for yourself. DO NOT PUT them inside the box. Incorrectly placed pins might damage the product.

4. Ship the securely packed map through courier delivery services (DPD, DHL, FedEx, etc.) to the following address:

Shipping the item back is at your own expense. You can choose the delivery service independently according to convenience and price.

In Europe, we recommend using DPD or DHL services.
In the USA and other non-EU countries – FedEx / TNT or DHL.

5. After shipping the map, please email us at hello@tripmapworld.com and send us the tracking number of the shipment.

6. After receiving the map, we will check if it hasn’t been used (for example, there cannot be any marks of pinning). If everything looks good, we will ship you a new map within 2-4 working days and inform you about it by email.

The shipping costs of the new map will be at our expense.

RETURN

We also put all of our efforts to make sure that the map meets your expectations and the return wouldn’t be necessary at all.

If everything looks good, we will make a refund of the same amount that was paid and to the same account, that was used while placing the order. The refund is done within 2-5 days after receiving the map back.
